Position: Bakery Production Helper

Position Overview: The Production Helper will assist in various stages of the bakery production process, supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves handling ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with the packaging of finished products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of bakery items.
• Handle and transport ingredients and supplies to production areas.
• Operate basic equipment and machinery under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of finished bakery products.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Support the production team in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends.
