Bakery Supervisor: Qualifications and Requirements 1. Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or a related field (e.g., B.Tech in Food Engineering). 2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the bakery or food production industry. Proven track record in managing bakery operations, quality control, and staff supervision. 3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of bakery machinery, production processes, and food safety standards.

Familiarity with quality assurance, hygiene protocols, and regulatory compliance. 4. Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Experience in scheduling, resource management, and performance monitoring. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with staff and management. 6. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficient in identifying and resolving production issues promptly. Capable of implementing process improvements for efficiency. 7. Research and Development: Knowledge of new product development and innovation in bakery processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
