Plant incharge-MAINTENANCE & PRODUCTION-FOOD PLANT

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Total Manpower handling with Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.

❖ Making daily demand planning and execute production in all lines of bread.

❖ Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products

❖ Online verification and Process controlling from mixing to packaging section and also analysis of bread defects & their remedies.

❖ All mixing, Divider, Moulder, Proofer & Oven process operations to be checked during the shift.

❖ Daily verification of CCP’s to ensure its effective working.

❖ Responsible person for controlling wastage & yield improvement.

❖ Responsible for checking the finished product quality in sensory evaluation during process running & take correctives if deviation found

❖ Responsible for making daily Production report.

❖ Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

❖ Routine checking of recipes for individual variety.

❖ Monitoring the implementation of trials for new product by NPD team.

❖ Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.

❖ Maintaining the GMP and GHP with hygiene.

❖ As a food Safety team member Ensure and conduct training for foreman and employee on Personal safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, Sanitization, GMP, GHP and Hazards.

❖ Ensure product traceability and maintain FIFO.

❖ Responsible person for planning weekly maintenance of Plant (mixing to packing).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
