Amalfi Foods WLL, a leading FMCG company in Bahrain, is seeking a skilled and reliable Baking Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating baking machinery efficiently while ensuring product quality, food safety, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor baking machines to ensure consistent product quality
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
• Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform multi-tasking duties as required on the production line

Requirements

• Previous experience operating baking machines in the food manufacturing industry
• Basic mechanical knowledge for machine adjustment and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and meet production deadlines
• Strong multi-tasking and teamwork skills
