Mixer Operator

Amalfi Foods WLL is seeking a reliable and hardworking Mixer Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will support daily food production operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out food processing and mixing activities according to established recipes and procedures
• Follow production instructions, batch records, and quality guidelines accurately
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Handle raw materials and ingredients, including lifting, moving, and loading as required
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production areas
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in food processing, mixing techniques, and food safety standards
• Ability to follow detailed production instructions and quality control guidelines
• Physically fit and able to lift and move ingredients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
