We are seeking a Balance Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our Balance segment by troubleshooting hardware, system installation, and providing technical training both remotely and at client sites. Our advanced products are designed to diagnose and treat individuals with balance impediments, and you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive technical training to clients and remote teams.

Collaborate with our sales and technical field teams to offer specialized expertise.
Location: On‑site in Eden Prairie, MN
Travel: Frequent travel required (approximately 2–4 trips per month)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (hours may vary based on business needs)
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Understand the design and function of the balance product lines.

Provide product and technical assistance to clinical support, sales representatives, physicians, vestibular technicians, and other users.

Provide remote and onsite technical support of balance equipment and associated software.

Support training of field staff and external partners on function and service of balance equipment.

Maintain accurate records of customer support cases, resolutions, and customer feedback within the quality system.

Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for the balance product lines.

Participate in product testing, inspection, repair, and refurbishment.

Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, acting as a brand representative.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Degree in electronics or engineering preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Experience working with diagnostics or therapeutic medical equipment preferred.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing in an FDA/ ISO-13485 environment preferred.
- High-level ability to troubleshoot product faults and provide proper resolution.

Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain a clear driving record

Valid passport required
Travel:

This position is subject to travel between 15%- 25% of the time.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.

Ability to lift and move 80-100 lbs.
