Sitter Scout is seeking experienced childcare providers to join our Back-up Childcare team!
As an agency partner of Bright Horizons, we provide in-home childcare services to clientele in the greater Baltimore area.
Pay is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn bonuses.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Able to work a minimum of 3 WEEKDAYS (M-F) and be able to work during standard work hours (7am-7 pm).
- Ability to work on short notice.
- Able to provide a minimum of three (3) childcare references.
- Have a minimum of 6 months with consistent availability.
- Have a car and be willing to commute to jobs (gas reimbursement will be provided for anything in excess of 40 miles roundtrip up to a 100 mile maximum).
- Willing to work in households with pets (not a deal breaker – exceptions can be made).
- Be proactive, reliable dependable and organized.
- Have 2 or more years of childcare experience (to include caring for newborns and infants).
- Have a Highschool degree
- Current Frist Aid Training, CPR Training or be willing to become First Aid and CPR certified.
- Successfully complete a comprehensive background search.
