Balwadi Coordinator

We are looking for a resourceful female coordinator who is passionate about working with underprivileged children and understands academics and administration to manage a group of Balwadi’s/ Teachers who will be placed across different areas in Mumbai

Minimum qualification: Graduate + ECCE certification (preferred)

Experience of working in the school support system is preferred

Age group – 20 to 40yrs

Roles and Responsibilities -

Support a group of Balwadi’s for academic excellence

Support teachers to deliver curriculum efficiently

Provide technical support for hardware & software deployed at Balwadi’s

Monitors implementation through regular visits

Identify and report training needs of staff at Balwadi’s

Support in conducting Baseline & Pre-Test’s

Conducting teacher training and supervision of the assigned Balwadi/Other projects

Ensure adherence all standards and procedures

Good reading, Writing & speaking knowledge in Marathi, Hindi & English

Monthly reporting & collection of signoff’s

Coordinate with Head Master’s & Block Officers

Willing to travel all across Mumbai

Manage overall Balwadi functioning.
