bout the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Ayurvedic medicine, patient assessment, treatment planning, Panchakarma therapies, and lifestyle management.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
- Conduct OPD consultations and take detailed patient case histories.
- Diagnose health conditions using Ayurvedic principles (Tridosha theory, Nadi Pariksha, prakriti analysis, etc.).
- Create personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans, including herbal medicines, diet, lifestyle changes, and therapies.
- Supervise and guide Panchakarma procedures and therapists.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, prescriptions, and patient records.
Patient Care
- Provide empathetic patient interaction and counselling.
- Educate patients on preventive health, diet, lifestyle, and herbal supplements.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in all treatments.
Administrative & Compliance
- Review and manage stock of medicines and wellness products.
- Ensure compliance with standards set by AYUSH and institutional protocols.
- Collaborate with staff, management, and other healthcare practitioners.
Additional Responsibilities (Optional)
- Conduct health camps, awareness sessions, and community outreach.
- Support telemedicine consultations when required.
- Participate in content creation: blogs, videos, health talks (if clinic promotes education).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BAMS Degree from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with State/ Central Ayurvedic Council.
- Minimum 0–3 years of clinical experience (freshers may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines, classical texts, and Panchakarma.
- Good communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic computer skills (EMR, MS Office, etc.) preferred.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Hands-on experience with Panchakarma therapies.
- Knowledge of diet & nutrition counselling.
- Experience in wellness centres, hospitals, or Ayurvedic clinics.
- Ability to handle OPD patients efficiently and professionally.

Pay: ₹16,689.11 - ₹85,527.95 per month
