Key Responsibilities
1. Emergency Medical Response
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide advanced pre-hospital care.
- Assess, manage, and stabilize patients in critical condition.
- Administer medical interventions in accordance with established medical protocols.
- Utilize expertise to anticipate patient needs and act swiftly in emergencies.
2. Air Ambulance & Patient Transfer Support
- Provide medical care during air ambulance and ground patient transfers.
- Monitor patient vitals continuously and ensure medical stability throughout transport.
- Coordinate safe and accurate medical handovers at sending and receiving hospitals.
- Assist with medical travel arrangements in coordination with internal teams.
3. ICU-Based Clinical Expertise
- Apply ICU experience (minimum 2 years) to manage high-risk and unstable patients.
- Operate critical care equipment such as ventilators, syringe pumps, and monitors.
- Make informed decisions during emergencies and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
4. Medical Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with hospitals, vendors, airports, and international partners.
- Prepare accurate case notes, reports, and clinical documentation.
- Liaise with families and internal teams for timely patient updates.
- Support ambulance and route coordination when required.
5. Medical Readiness & Equipment Management
- Ensure in-house medical readiness, including equipment checks and consumables management.
- Ensure all emergency equipment and cardiac ambulance tools are functional and available.
- Maintain compliance with safety and emergency care standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BAMS
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
- Proven experience managing emergencies and high-acuity cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Corporate working experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Physically fit to handle emergency response duties and patient movement.
- Familiarity with medical transport equipment and cardiac ambulances.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally at short notice.
- Valid passport or willingness to apply immediately.
- Ability to work rotational shifts and stay calm under pressure.
