Staff Nurse (ICU)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing medical procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide continuous assessment of patients' conditions, identifying early signs of deterioration and initiating appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates and support in difficult situations.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and changes in the medical record in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
• Ensure patient and staff safety by following established procedures and guidelines for the ICU environment.

Education:

• BSC Nursing or GNM
• Minimum 1+ years Experience in ICU
