Job Title: Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS) – BBETTER Monksays Superfoods Clinic

Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and licensed BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Ayurvedic practices and a passion for patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to be a core member of our new clinic, delivering high-quality Ayurvedic consultation and supporting our mission of holistic health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the new clinic’s operations and growth.
• Provide Ayurvedic expertise and proven experience to patients, ensuring high clinical standards.
• Prescribe suitable Ayurvedic medicines based on diagnosis and best practices.
• Deliver patient care with a pleasant and approachable attitude.
• Advise appropriate dietary programs to address patients’ health concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• BAMS degree from a recognised institution with a valid license to practice.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting training or educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Deep knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, therapies, and dietary guidelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient wellness.
• Work closely with other staff members (nutritionists, therapists, front desk, etc.) to ensure seamless patient experiences and integrated care.
• Collect patient feedback and participate in regular reviews to improve clinic services and patient satisfaction.
