BAMS Doctors for Production Plant - QA

Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala Pvt Ltd is hiring for BAMS Doctor for our Chuvannamannu unit for our QA Department

• Experience : 3-5 years in Production Unit
• Qualification : BAMS
• Local candidates are preferred.

Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance activities of Chuvannamannu unit

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monitoring to ensure production and related activities are carried out as per SOP.

2. Collect Information through Daily plant / process monitoring at CCPs and initiate actions to avoid deviations

3. Initiate actions for root-cause analysis and corrective actions of market complaints, incidents reported.

4. Participation in Internal Quality Assurance committee audits to identify process deviations / improvement points

5. In case of deviations, call for intra- departmental meetings through HOD to fix the issues

6. Clarify all queries related to internal audits with respect to Yogam, input and stock variation

7. Follow up with respective departments to close all pending points related to planned and agreed actions

8. Documentation work related to license renewal with respect to D&C, GMP and new products license application, additional product license application and legal certificates for export purposes (market standing certificate, product certificate from D&C etc.)

9. Review and adherence of MFR in consultation with production

10. Branch return quality evaluation in coordination with production representative .

11. Monitoring process validation studies, R&D trials are carried out as per approved SOP respective areas of responsibility

12. Responsible for Yogam correction in ERP, output re-fixing in coordination with IT department/ costing through Head QA/QC.

13. Tracking in case of product recall, initiating correction actions

14. Conducting co-ordination activities with HO, VOA and R&D

15. Informing daily routine activities/QA audit points/QC related issues to Higher authorities through MIS

16. Monitoring activities of the pest control service

17. Randomwise checking of volume, label, cap, sealing issues during filling in packing section

18. Prepare monthly report of major QA & QC issues and submitting to HOD - QC

19. Products yogam checking and new RM lot inspection in the absence of Botanist.

Prepare MOM of both Unit review and CMO review and circulate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
