Primary Title: Ayurvedic Physician (BAMS) - OPD

About The Opportunity

We operate in the Healthcare sector, specialising in outpatient Ayurvedic and integrative medicine services across Delhi. Our clinics deliver classical, evidence-informed Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapies focused on chronic care, lifestyle medicine, and preventive wellness for urban patients.

Location & Work Type: On-site OPD — Lajpat Nagar / Dwarka, Delhi

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide structured OPD consultations: take focused history, perform Ayurvedic clinical exams, establish diagnosis and individualised treatment plans.
  • Deliver and supervise in-clinic therapies including Panchakarma and allied procedures (e.g., Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Nasya, localized basti therapies) following safety protocols.
  • Prescribe classical Ayurvedic formulations and herbal preparations; design diet (ahara) and daily regimen (dinacharya) plans aligned to prakriti and vikriti.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment logs in the clinic EMR; document progress, follow-ups, and outcome measures.
  • Provide patient counselling on lifestyle modification, prevention, and long-term disease management; ensure clear post-treatment instructions and adherence follow-ups.
  • Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary case reviews; escalate complex cases to senior clinicians when required.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the State AYUSH / relevant regulatory body.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient Ayurvedic practice or clinic-based Panchakarma services.
  • Proven experience performing Panchakarma and common in-clinic therapies safely.
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with basic EMR workflows.
  • Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English for patient interactions and documentation.

Preferred

  • Postgraduate diploma or specialised training in Panchakarma or Kayachikitsa.
  • Experience with integrative care models or collaboration with physiotherapy/dietetics teams.
  • Previous exposure to outpatient clinic KPIs, quality standards, and patient-safety protocols.
