IGI Life Insurance is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented individuals to join our Bancassurance team as Banca Sales Coordinators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be deputed at designated bank branches within your assigned region.
• Manage and support approximately 7 bank branches.
• Build strong relationships with branch staff.
• Introduce and promote IGI Life Insurance products to bank customers.
• Generate quality leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain regular coordination with bank teams.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off
• Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
• Work Mode: This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, banking, or insurance experience will be an advantage
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets
