Bank Relationship Manager

We are urgently seeking an experienced and results-driven Bank Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with banking partners, ensuring efficient financial operations, and supporting strategic banking initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional with strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and banking partners
• Negotiate banking facilities, credit lines, guarantees, loans, and fee structures
• Coordinate with internal departments on banking requirements, documentation, and compliance
• Monitor and manage cash flow, account operations, and banking transactions
• Ensure timely processing of payments, guarantees, LC/ LGs, and other banking instruments
• Support treasury operations and optimize banking services and costs
• Prepare reports and presentations related to banking relationships and performance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking standards
• Identify opportunities to improve banking efficiency and financial partnerships

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in bank relationship management, corporate banking, or treasury
• Strong understanding of banking products, credit facilities, and financial instruments
• Proven experience in negotiating with banks and managing multiple banking relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
