Primary Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong customers’ relationships to enhance the Bank’s profitability. He/ she is also responsible for the management of portfolios of existing customers and to gain new customers/ cross sell products/ services and improve the Bank’s financial position.

To assure the embarking of new PB clients in alignment with the Department’s threshold and criteria

Recommend new services and products with an awareness of the impact decisions have on the Bank

Support group initiatives in the management of client relationships with an onus on customer relationship management
Operations, Review and Reporting

Keep abreast of current developments and market trends to better identify and serve client needs
Fieldwork

To manage, maintain, & grow Asset/Liability/Investment portfolio size of KD 30-70M

Manage portfolios of credit and non-credit clients as assigned

Act as key consultant to clients, providing them with financial & investment solutions, evaluation and implementation of financing strategies, structures and treasury management practices to improve clients’ satisfaction levels

Maintain and develop relationships exploring opportunities to provide additional services and develop new solutions to improve business

Conduct financial analysis, risk evaluation and credit review to evaluate the client’s/prospect’s credit worthiness

Prepare a comprehensive proposal and make a presentation to concerned committee/management for approval to ensure a high-quality portfolio

Analyse and negotiate the terms of loans according to Bank`s strategy, policies and targets

Prepare documentation necessary for financing agreements to improve financing decision making

Understanding client’s investment needs and initiating suitable investment opportunities and products.

Enhance lending and participation of investment products
Review and Monitoring

Monitor the progress of assigned tasks, identifies and quantify any variances to perform required corrective actions if any. Manage changes in schedules & delivery to meet targets/budget requirements

Monitor and track status of own client portfolio transactions and ensure timely delivery of documentation, proposals and renewals
Reporting

Generate and escalate periodic and ad hoc reports while ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Participate in the various cross-functional committees/teams for multiple purposes to achieve optimal cooperation and to assume seamless quality service
External Representation

Respond to inquiries from clients and ensure resolution of service or operational issues

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

Minimum 6 years of experience.
