Government Relation Officer (Madoob)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mandoob to handle company-related government and administrative work in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in dealing with ministries, banks, and other official departments, ensuring all company documentation and approvals are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all government-related transactions (Ministry of Interior, Manpower Authority, Immigration, Municipality, etc.)

Process visa applications, renewals, and transfers

Manage company licenses, permits, and document renewals

Coordinate with banks, embassies, and other official entities when required

Submit, collect, and follow up on official documents and approvals

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and paperwork

Support HR and admin departments with legal and compliance matters

Requirements:

Valid Ahli Visa (transferable) in Kuwait

Proven experience as a Mandoob in Kuwait

Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and government procedures

Ability to communicate in Arabic (English is an advantage)

Valid Kuwaiti driving license preferred

Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Candidate:

Immediate or short-notice joiner

Familiar with online government portals (Sahel, Ashal, MOI systems)

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
