Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow strategic client relationships for our Kuwait operations. This is a work-from-home role, ideal for professionals who excel in client handling, coordination, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Schedule, confirm, and manage interviews between candidates and clients
• Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to all stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to meet client requirements
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to accounts and hiring activities
• Support client relationship management and ensure high levels of service satisfaction
• Visit client offices when required for meetings, coordination, or operational support
• Identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in key account management, client servicing, recruitment, or HR operations
• Experience in HR, staffing, or workforce management is an added advantage
• Familiarity with the Kuwait or GCC market is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Work Arrangement

• Work From Home
• Client office visits as required for operational or relationship management purposes

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: KD200.000 per month
