Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Bank Relationship Officer to manage and grow relationships with corporate and individual clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure excellent service, promote banking products, and contribute to customer retention and business growth. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services (loans, deposits, accounts, credit cards, etc.).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving client queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) to ensure smooth account management and service delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking solutions.
  • Prepare reports on client activity, account performance, and pipeline growth.
  • Assist clients with account openings, documentation, KYC compliance, and other banking procedures.
  • Stay updated on market trends, banking products, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in banking, relationship management, or sales-oriented roles.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and account management practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
