Job Purpose:


A relationship manager is responsible for handling clients and customer relationships. They often provide financial advice and assistance to clients in order to help them achieve their financial goals. It's important to have a powerful understanding of the banking and investment industry to ensure they're following bank policies while keeping track of major risks that clients or customers want to avoid.



Responsibilities

  • Fulfil customer needs by ensuring a high quality of service.
  • Attend to customer’s problems and inquiries.
  • Direct the customers to the most suitable product/service.
  • Strengthen the relationships with customers through excellent service quality.
  • Explain the Bank’s services and provides information on policies and procedures to current and perspective customers.
  • Maintain awareness of level of professionalism when dealing with customers by referring to sound knowledge of procedures and features of all products.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related filed.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and relationship management.
