Bank Relationship Officer

Biotech energy private limited is looking for a Bank Relationship Officer serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the organization and its banking partners. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational, administrative, and communication needs of the banking relationship. The incumbent will ensure seamless correspondence, efficient handling of banking transactions, and strict compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the single point of contact for all communication between the organization and assigned bank(s).

- Draft, review, and submit official correspondence, requests for information, and documentation required by the bank.

- Manage day-to-day banking activities including account openings, closures, and mandate updates.

- Handle routine inquiries related to account balances, transaction statuses, and clearance issues.

- Coordinate the submission of Chequebook requests, stop payment instructions, and standing instructions.

- Oversee the timely processing of fund transfers, wire payments, and collection of instruments (cheques, drafts).

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Banking Diploma) is an added advantage.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role, specifically within a corporate treasury, accounts department handling banking, or as a Client Service Officer in a commercial bank.

- Must have hands-on experience dealing with day-to-day banking operations and regulatory documentation.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
