Bank Teller

Provide service to members in a fast, accurate, friendly and professional manner. Perform basic member transactions while learning Monterey CU products, services, policies and procedures, and more complex member transactions. Sell Credit Union products and services as appropriate to the members' needs. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to each position. Member service and daily work load are negatively impacted if attendance and punctuality standards are not met. Some Credit Union positions are subject to audio and/or video surveillance. All computer and voice transmissions are subject to review by management personnel. All employees have access to confidential information - therefore each employee/each position accepts the responsibility to protect that information by following all Credit Union policies and procedures. While some of the specific responsibilities are listed below, this is not an all and inclusive list. Other duties on a short-term or long-term basis may be assigned.'
