We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. Duties

• Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring proper cash drawer management and balancing at shift end
• Assist customers with banking inquiries, account services, and product information to enhance their financial experience
• Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity in accordance with banking regulations
• Maintain thorough knowledge of banking software, financial software, and industry regulations to ensure compliance during all transactions
• Manage customer relationships effectively by providing personalized service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term loyalty

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial compliance standards, and industry regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent basic math skills, including retail math, cash handling, debits & credits, and 10-key typing accuracy
• Ability to process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on relationship management and customer relationship management techniques
• Demonstrated ability to detect fraud prevention signals and adhere to financial security protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent required
