Opportunity to join a Global law firm in Dubai. The firm is currently seeking to hire a Banking Associate lawyer c. 2 - 6 pqe to join its highly regarded and busy Banking & Finance team in Dubai.

The Role:

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of conventional and Islamic banking and finance matters, including:

• Syndicated and bilateral corporate lending transactions
• Islamic finance (including Shari'ah-compliant structures)
• Project finance
• Acquisition finance
• Restructuring and refinancing matters

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with market-leading lawyers on high-profile transactions across the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC region.

Islamic finance experience to any extent is highly desirable.
