About the Role: Concentrix is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Banking Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers of a leading financial institution, helping them navigate their banking needs with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to banking products and services
  • Assist customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting issues
  • Provide accurate information while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
  • Document interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is an asset
