About the Role: Concentrix is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Banking Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers of a leading financial institution, helping them navigate their banking needs with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to banking products and services
- Assist customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting issues
- Provide accurate information while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
- Document interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is an asset
