Job Purpose:

The Banking QA Officer- responsible for conducting verification and compliance calls to customers to ensure that all banking sales processes follow regulatory guidelines, bank policies, and ethical standards. The role helps protect the bank and company from mis-selling, fraud, and regulatory violations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make compliance and verification calls to customers after sales submission
  • Confirm customer consent, product understanding, and accuracy of details shared by sales staff
  • Verify key information such as:
  • Product applied (credit card / loan / banking product)
  • Fees, charges, and benefits explained
  • Salary, employer, and personal details
  • Ensure no misrepresentation, false promises, or misleading commitments were made
  • Record call outcomes accurately in CRM / compliance system
  • Flag non-compliance, discrepancies, or suspicious cases to the Compliance Manager
  • Coordinate with sales teams for corrections or clarifications when required
  • Maintain call logs, recordings, and compliance reports
  • Follow UAE Central Bank regulations and partner bank compliance policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking data at all times

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)
  • Good listening and questioning skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of banking products (credit cards, loans, accounts)
  • Ability to handle customer objections professionally
  • Ethical mindset with strong compliance awareness
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, call systems)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum High School / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years experience in:
  • Banking compliance
  • Quality assurance
  • Verification or call audit role
  • Experience in UAE banking or DSA environment is a strong advantage

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role
  • Fixed working hours as per company policy
  • Performance monitored through call quality and accuracy

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of compliance calls completed daily
  • Accuracy and quality of call verification
  • Compliance error detection rate
  • Timely reporting and documentation
  • Adherence to regulatory and bank standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
