Position: Banking Products Relationship Officer
Location: Dubai Oud Mehta

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month (plus performance incentives)
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time.

Role Summary:
The Banking Products Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail and corporate clients by offering appropriate banking products and solutions. The role focuses on understanding client needs, promoting products like credit cards, loans, savings accounts, and investment options, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards, deposits, investment products).
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customized banking solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on client queries and requests.
• Maintain accurate client records in the banking CRM system.
• Meet individual and branch sales/relationship targets.
• Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Age: 20 to 35 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in retail or corporate banking, preferably in product sales or relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of banking products and regulations.
• Clear credit history.
