Banking sales agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and target-driven Banking Sales Officer to join our Credit Card Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by acquiring customers, promoting credit card products, and achieving assigned sales targets in line with the bank’s policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and approach potential customers to sell credit card products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Conduct customer profiling to match the right product with the customer’s needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide accurate product information and explain features, benefits, fees, and terms clearly.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, UAE Central Bank regulations, and KYC/AML procedures.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activity and maintain proper documentation.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and outdoor marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in credit card or banking sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Good knowledge of banking products, credit policies, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
