Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads for banking products (Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and cross-selling targets.
  • Conduct field visits, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Provide quality customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular interaction.

3. Product Promotion

  • Educate customers about bank products, digital banking services, and investment options.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by the bank.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and account opening documentation accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and daily activity logs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sales and negotiation ability.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and financial terms.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital banking tools
  • Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration).
  • 0–3 years of experience in banking or financial product sales (freshers may also apply).
  • Local language proficiency is an advantage.
