Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Acquisition & Sales
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for banking products (Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and cross-selling targets.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide quality customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular interaction.
3. Product Promotion
- Educate customers about bank products, digital banking services, and investment options.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by the bank.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and account opening documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and daily activity logs.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and negotiation ability.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial terms.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital banking tools
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration).
- 0–3 years of experience in banking or financial product sales (freshers may also apply).
- Local language proficiency is an advantage.
