We seeking for an experienced and dynamic Banking Sales Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect for new customers by identifying opportunities through various channels (direct visits, referrals and cold calls).

- Promote and sell the banking products, explaining features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing tailored credit card solutions and personalized service.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs

- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank’s information
