We are looking for Energetic, Passionate, and Career-Focused Sales Professionals. Candidates should have UAE banking experience in Credit Cards (MANDATORY). He/she will be responsible for achieving weekly / Monthly targets assigned by the Bank.

Job responsibilities:
- This is a front-line Sales position, responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets, and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of multiple products.
- Prospecting new customers through leads, references, and business development activities.
- Set daily appointments for company / Customer visits and sell the most appropriate product.
- Ensures all applications are fully, accurately completed and submitted properly with Zero Errors.
- Keep up-to-date on products and promotional Offers for Customers.
- Ensuring all performance standards are met, viz., business targets, controls, and compliance.
- Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and deliver a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers.
Skills Required:
- Consultative selling experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional problem-solving and planning skills.
- High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management.
- Ability to influence, negotiate with customers, both existing and NTB, at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and relationship-building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
