Job Summary

The Banking Sales Professional is responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services to new and existing customers. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent financial solutions while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Acquire new customers through referrals, cold calling, and field visits
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and process customer documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain updated records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused attitude with sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of banking products and market trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (specifically in banking – Doha)
• Currently available in Qatar
• Valid QID & Qatar driving license
• Salary range: QAR 15,000 – 40,000 (based on experience & performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
