Bankruptcy Attorney (Chapter 13 Focus, Fully Remote)

Ziegler Diamond Law is seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team remotely. This position would place more focus on Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, and would also involve some Chapter 7 responsibilities. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
• Attend 341 meetings, motion hearings, and court proceedings
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients navigating financial difficulties
• Review and approve bankruptcy petitions and related filings
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure smooth case management
• Drafting and filing Chapter 13 plans, handling claims and objections, and managing any required amendments
• Representing clients confidently in confirmation hearings and resolving confirmation-related issues

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the Middle District of Florida (Northern and Southern District licensing is a bonus)
• Strong background in Chapter 13 bankruptcy work, including remote case management
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote role while delivering top-notch client service
