Duties

• Lead and supervise banquet waitstaff to deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout events
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation, presentation, and service flow
• Oversee guest relations, addressing any concerns or special requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring cleanliness and proper food handling procedures are followed
• Assist in bussing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining a clean dining environment during events
• Enforce food safety standards and proper food handling practices in accordance with health regulations
• Support catering operations by assisting with food service, setup, and guest interactions as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings
• Proven culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques preferred
• Strong background in guest services and hospitality roles within restaurants or hotel environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising waitstaff or service teams during events
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and restaurant operations
• Experience with bussing, serving, and managing large groups in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of coffee service or barista skills is a plus but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
