Banquet Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Banquet Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in banquet operations within the hotel industry and the ability to manage events efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all banquet operations and events
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Supervise banquet staff and maintain high service quality
• Ensure proper setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions
• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and handle any event-related issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Banquet Manager in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Arabic speaker is required
