Set up banquet bar stations according to event specifications and Southall standards, including proper stocking of all beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools.

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, take beverage orders, and prepare cocktails in accordance with standard recipes and portion control practices.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event; follow “clean as you go” and teamwork policies.

Accurately follow all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring that all beverage requirements are met.

Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly secured and accounted for after each shift, including cash handling and bar breakdown procedures.

Collaborate with the Banquet Captain and other team members to ensure seamless execution of events and respond promptly to guest needs or special requests.

Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Polish glassware, prepare garnishes, and execute beverage service to Southall’s luxury standards.

Communicate any guest feedback, challenges, or inventory needs efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation

Knowledge of banquet operations and experience working in a luxury or Forbes-rated environment is a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be T.I.P.S. certified or TABC Certification (or complete upon hire)

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
