Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour

Position Summary
Banquet Servers provide high-quality service during events hosted at The Golf Club at Cedar Creek. Events include weddings, golf outings, fundraisers, and private functions, etc. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for someones first job.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, following service standards and timing
• Clear tables, reset settings, and assist with breakdown and clean-up after events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Communicate effectively with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and event coordinators
• Handle trays, chafing dishes, and service equipment safely

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–50 lbs for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
