Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a comfortable dining environment.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, adhering to all food safety and handling standards.
• Set up banquet tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other necessary items to prepare for events.
• Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special guest requests or dietary needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during events, addressing concerns promptly to uphold high standards of guest relations.
• Assist in event breakdowns by clearing tables, resetting spaces, and ensuring all areas are left tidy for the next event.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly preferred, especially with banquet or catering service.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, energetic attitude focused on creating positive guest interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with bussing, food preparation, or restaurant service is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel or catering operations enhances your ability to excel in this role.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed during event setups and breakdowns.
