Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that exceeds expectations
• Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event
• Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown of banquet areas to support smooth event flow
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing attentive guest services and resolving issues with professionalism
• Support catering operations by helping with food preparation, replenishing supplies, and maintaining food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery during events

Skills

• Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper serving techniques
• Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tables gracefully
• Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation processes is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience enhances your ability to adapt quickly and deliver top-tier service
