Banquet Supervisor

We are seeking a Banquet Supervisor / Specialist to oversee banquet and event operations and ensure smooth execution of functions while maintaining high service standards and excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise banquet and event operations from setup to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and service expectations.
  • Manage event setup, seating arrangements, and service flow.
  • Lead banquet staff and coordinate with catering, housekeeping, and support teams.
  • Ensure service quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues during events.
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and inventory control for events.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in banquet operations or event coordination.
  • Experience in hotels, event venues, or hospitality operations preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
