• Managing customer relations, visiting existing customers at regular intervals.
• Creating new business by making sales visits to potential customers, conducting house tours and promoting facilities and services of the property.
• Achieving the goals set for the department
• Responding to incoming requests in writing and verbally and making follow up.Conducting site inspections.
• Preparing contracts and following up the terms and conditions.
• Holding coordination meetings with organizers, preparing internal forms and attendingweekly operations meetings with relevant departments.
• Ensuring that all organizations are prepared and served in line with the wishes of the guests, from start to finish.
• Handling guest complaints and disputes following the hotel procedures.
• Archiving and dealing with internal events.

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels
• Fluent in English,
• Have strong communication skills in human relations,
• Knows the importance of welcoming and hosting guests,
• Guest satisfaction oriented,
• Developed leadership qualities
• Responsible and principled, disciplined
• Self motivated
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Follows technology closely and can use MS Office,
• Opera and Salesforce programs,
• Have representation and coordination skills,
• Paying attention to appearance and personal care,
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
