BA (Brand Ambassador) / Promoter – FMCG Job Description

A Brand Ambassador (BA) / Promoter in the FMCG sector is responsible for promoting products in retail stores, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote FMCG products in stores, malls, or retail outlets
  • Engage customers and explain product features, benefits, and usage
  • Encourage product trials and influence purchase decisions
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising
  • Maintain stock availability on shelves
  • Report competitor activities and market trends
  • Provide feedback from customers to the company
  • Maintain daily sales and activity reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, energetic, and presentable personality
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand for long hours (field/store work)
  • Basic understanding of FMCG products

Experience

  • Fresh candidates can apply
  • Experience in retail, sales, or promotion is a plus

Working Conditions
