Job Description

  • Lead and supervise bar staff (bartenders, barbacks, servers).

  • Ensure smooth bar operations and high-quality service.

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to standards.

  • Train and mentor new bar team members.

  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

  • Assist with daily cash handling, sales reporting, and basic admin.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in bartending or bar supervision, preferably in Doha or similar markets.

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage trends.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • English proficiency; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

  • Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.

  • Flexible shifts: evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Fast-paced, service-oriented bar or hotel environment.
