Bartender – 30A Urban Market

30A Urban Market is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented Bartenders to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring an excellent guest experience. You’ll create drinks, interact with customers, and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar.

Pay Rate: $10.99/hour plus tips

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve drinks with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus and assist guests in selecting food and beverages.
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer guest questions and make recommendations for food and drink pairings.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and team members for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and issue receipts when needed.
• Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bartending or restaurant service experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with cashier duties a plus.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
