Evening Bartender / Server

Hilton Garden Inn Pineville is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Evening Bartender / Server to join our team Monday through Thursday evenings. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both crafting drinks and providing excellent table service in a welcoming hotel environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• Evening shifts (approx. 4:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM)

Responsibilities:Bartender Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards
• Engage with guests and provide a welcoming bar atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Follow all ABC laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Server Duties:

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive table service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Process payments and close checks properly
• Assist with clearing, resetting tables, and light side work

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service standards
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and team-oriented with strong attention to detail
