Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take their beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Assist with food preparation when necessary, including garnishing and presenting beverages attractively
• Ensure all food handling and sanitation protocols are followed diligently
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
• Support banquet and catering events by serving beverages in a timely manner and maintaining a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Experience in serving, bartending, or barista roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus
• Background in the food industry, including restaurant experience or dietary aide roles, is beneficial
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
