Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm.
• Serve drinks and food promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet company standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for order entry and cash handling.
• Manage cash registers, process payments efficiently, and provide correct change using basic math skills.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Clear tables, bus tables (bussing), and assist in maintaining a tidy environment throughout shifts.
• Support other team members in delivering quick service in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a quick service or fast food restaurant, café, or retail environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous.
• Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or food handling will help you excel in this role.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
