Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Use POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including balancing registers at shift end
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Engage with customers proactively to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or promotions
• Assist with setting up and breaking down bar areas for events such as banquets or catering functions
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to alcohol service regulations, especially in nightclub or late-night settings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience with brewing or beverage preparation is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments

Pay: $2.15 - $7.25 per hour
