As a Bar Supervisor , you’re not just overseeing bar operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Keep bar operations running smoothly: Supervise and oversee all bar activities, ensuring stations are stocked, organized, and operating according to established standards
• Support efficient service: Prepare beverages for servers to deliver to guests, process transactions, and ensure collaboration between the bar and service teams
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and excellent service
• Address guest concerns professionally: Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
